The Exceptional leader is generous With their praise, and stingy with their criticism! Most people that you will run into will rise up to the level of expectation that you hold for them. In other words as you build a team can you show your members that you believe in them, most of them will go the extra mile to show that your confidence is deserved. When those you lead Do a good job for the team… Praise them in front of the team! When those you lead Make a mistake, correct them in private. The end result will be a team that respects you and goes the extra mile to do a great job!
